What is your shipping policy?
Orders are shipped 2-3 times a week via usps with tracking numbers included. We only ship to US address.
What is your exchange and return policy?
All sales are final. Unless we made a mistake with your order, they cannot be exchanged or returned. If you would like to cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible, as orders can be processed and shipped as early as 24 hours after it’s placed.
What to do if item were received damaged/lost?
We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items because we cannot control the actions of the post office once the package leaves our hands, but rest assured that all our products are packaged as securely as we know how in to prevent the products from being damaged during transit.
